Norwich and Central Norfolk MIND’s Support Line has been developed to provide support and practical advice to eligible clients when they feel they are not coping well with life, are highly anxious or maybe at risk of going into crisis.

The service is available for any person who is over eighteen years of age who has received secondary services from the NSFT and up to twelve months after discharge. Carers of eligible clients can also use the service for support and advice.

By helping people to manage mental health problems we continue to strive to reduce the likelihood a service user falling into crisis; operating as a lifeline and integral service for so many people that are struggling across our city and county.

The Support Line number is 08088 020288 and is completely free to access.

The Club normally meets on Monday evenings at 7 pm for 7.15 dinner at St Michael’s Church Hall.
